Key Responsibilities:
Support the academic and personal development of students as both a subject teacher and form tutor
Deliver engaging and effective lessons that enable students to reach their full potential
Contribute to raising standards of teaching and learning across the English department
Promote a positive learning environment built on respect, inclusion, and high expectations
Take an active role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum in English
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to use a range of teaching strategies
A genuine passion for supporting student progress and achievement
A commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working
