What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing procurement activities in line with best practices
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Processing requisitions, raising purchase orders, and managing invoice queries.
  • Using digital systems to manage stock and non-stock orders through the full purchase-to-pay cycle.
  • Supporting general administrative tasks and ad hoc procurement requests.
  • Assisting with supplier account management, catering orders, and insurance documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain or similar roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
  • Experience with public procurement is desirable but not essential.
