Job Title:Childrens Support Worker
Location:Harwich
Salary:£13.70 per hour
Contract:Full-time, Temporary Shift Work (35-40 hours per week, including 1 weekend per month)

Your Role as a Childrens Support Worker:
-Provide compassionate carewhile promoting independence and personal growth
-Support young peoplewith diverse health, physical, and learning needs
-Encourage social inclusionand development through fun, engaging activities
-Foster acceptance and integrationwithin the home and wider community
-Collaborate with families, professionals, and external agencies
-Keep accurate recordsand ensure clear, effective communication
-Maintain a safe, nurturing environmentwhere young people can thrive
-Participate in trainingand take on additional responsibilities (including sleep-in shifts and weekend work)
