Halcyon are proud to be working exclusively with a care provider in the West Midlands that originally made their name through offering bespoke supported living services to adults with learning disabilities, when they initially started over 10 years ago. They now have 11 supported living services and 5 children's homes across the West Midlands region, and are looking for a strong children's registered manager to join them on their exciting journey.�

After opening their children's provisions over the last couple of years, they have been�growing at a rate of knots, but in the right way... ensuring the quality and ethos of what they are trying to achieve, is at the forefront of everything they do. They are looking for a dedicated children's manager to come and join their team and becoming the leading element in the journey to registering another 4-bed home, supporting children with emotional behavioural needs.

As the Registered Manager, it will be your responsibility to work closely with the Operations Director and CEO to ensure that the home is ready for registration and that you have a confident and competent team of care professionals working in the service. The senior management have already started to build a strong team with a Deputy, Seniors and Support Workers already in position, so they are now searching for the missing piece to make the home complete.

Upon joining the team, you will receive a full induction by a senior management team that have over 60 years' of collective experience in the industry. You will be offered a salary of between �40,000 and �47,000 depending on your experience, along with a bonus scheme offering an extra �800 a month.�
