Electrician - Tier 1 Main Contractor
Location: Edmonton, London
Salary: 42,000 - 49,500 + Package (DOE)
Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, rolling shift pattern
Carbon60 is recruiting for a leading Tier 1 construction and infrastructure business, supporting their Transportation division on a high-profile London-based contract. This role sits within the TfL Tunnels and Pump Station team, responsible for maintaining electrical and mechanical systems across 10 London road tunnels and 107 pump stations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical maintenance across ventilation, lighting, power, pumping, and tunnel control systems
- Diagnose and repair faults across tunnel and pump station assets
- Work collaboratively with team members and subcontractors to maintain high safety standards
- Promote customer care by ensuring professional conduct towards clients and the public
- Operate various plant vehicles and ensure maintenance vehicles remain in good working order
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Electrician with JIB Gold Card
- ECS Electrician's card and CSCS Health & Safety card
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
- Experience with 3-phase motors, variable speed drives, and pump control systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- G39 Safe Isolation required; HV awareness or HV switching beneficial
