Known for meticulous detailing and a personalised, collaborative approach, the studio delivers new builds, restorations and complex extensions across the Southeast, often incorporating crafted elements such as swimming pools, outbuildings and landscape features. With a close-knit team and a reputation for design quality, the practice offers long-term stability and opportunities to lead significant projects.



Role & Responsibilities

  • Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages, leading teams and ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Develop design briefs directly with clients
  • Take a lead role in the running and coordination of projects
  • Liaise with internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders
  • Apply strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary detailing
  • Support the technical delivery of bespoke residential builds and refurbishments.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in practice
  • ARB qualified
  • Strong technical ability with excellent detailing skills
  • Fluency in AutoCAD (Revit an advantage)
  • Experience in high-end residential work is essential
  • Confident working directly with clients and consultants
  • Joinery and stonework experience advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to studio location.
