A premium residential developer is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team at their prestigious development in Surrey. This exclusive collection of luxury homes offers a unique opportunity to work with discerning clients in a beautiful setting.

The rotating schedule provides excellent work-life balance, with either Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday off each week.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Conduct professional viewings and presentations of the development
  • Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets
  • Assist with opening and closing the site on designated days
  • Provide detailed feedback and market intelligence to management
Requirements
  • Proven experience selling properties in the £750k+ market
  • Confident telephone manner with a proactive approach to lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities and commercial awareness
  • Trustworthy and reliable character, capable of site management responsibilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work weekends (Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday will be fixed working days)
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
