Are you an experienced Legal Executive or Paralegal with a background in private client work? We are currently recruiting for a Legal Executive to join a reputable firm in Haslemere. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-focused legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and related documents
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, providing updates and answering queries
- Typing: Produce legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
- Diary Management: Organise and manage appointments, meetings, and key deadlines
- Deadline Management: Ensure tasks and documentation are completed within required timeframes
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Executive or Paralegal in a private client setting
- Strong drafting and typing skills
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
