Their projects span landmark buildings both in the UK and abroad, high end residential, commercial and conservation sectors.

Job Description: 

They are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing commercial contracts and ensuring their successful delivery on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Oversee and manage commercial contracts from inception to completion.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
  • Site Supervision: Ensure the successful delivery of contracts on site, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their requirements are met.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project progress, costs, and any issues that arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and their management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
