We are recruiting on behalf of a long-established, family-run independent garage with an excellent reputation for customer care, technical expertise, and high-quality workmanship. This business is part of a respected national service network and offers MOTs, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs for all makes and models.
The Role
The Service Advisor will be the main link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring every customer receives professional, friendly, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to schedule and manage service appointments
- Provide accurate estimates and updates to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Maintain accurate records of services and customer interactions
- Uphold the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or independent garage preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
