What You’ll Do:
- Operate and set up machines on a production line
- Monitor machinery to ensure consistent quality
- Perform quality checks and complete production paperwork
- Label and pack products for dispatch
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Meet daily production and quality targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail — quality matters!
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Able to stand for long periods and manage manual tasks
- Previous manufacturing or manual role experience preferred
Shift Pattern:
- 24/7 continental rota
- Rotates over 4 weeks
- 12-hour shifts (06:45–19:00 / 18:45–07:00)
