Our client, specialists in the Dry Lining industry are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents

  • Managing budgets, valuations, and cost reporting throughout projects

  • Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to secure best value

  • Ensuring compliance with contracts, financial controls, and timelines

  • Supporting project managers with commercial and contractual advice
