Key Responsibilities:
Preparing accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
Managing budgets, valuations, and cost reporting throughout projects
Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to secure best value
Ensuring compliance with contracts, financial controls, and timelines
Supporting project managers with commercial and contractual advice
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the drylining sector
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software and measurement methods
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
