Office Angels is currently recruiting on behalf of our growing client or a Project Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project or Technical administrator to take the next step in their career within a busy and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
In this varied and hands-on role, you'll support project managers and contribute to efficient project execution through tasks such as:
- Coordinating project timelines and deliverables
- Maintaining and updating documentation and records
- Preparing reports, presentations, and project summaries
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Managing calendars, meetings, and scheduling
- Processing invoices and tracking budgets
- Assisting with the preparation of technical drawings and documentation
- Uploading and monitoring work schedules within internal systems
- Tracking material costs and compiling project-specific data
- Supporting with document management including insurance and policy updates
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate who can work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and communication skills. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a project-based or technical administrator role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in CAD is preferrable
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
