- Plan and deliver seasonal menus that cater to a wide range of guests
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with the parks management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Produce menus to price including dietary restrictions that still meet customer expectations
- Liaise with the Bar Supervisor to ensure we stock wines that complement your menu
- Extensive culinary qualifications, or relevant experience, or referenced experience from a senior accredited kitchen
- Experience working in a busy commercial kitchen
- A passion for food, creativity, and guest satisfaction
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to deliver consistently without supervision
