?? Job Description: Head Chef Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
  • Plan and deliver seasonal menus that cater to a wide range of guests
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with the parks management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Produce menus to price including dietary restrictions that still meet customer expectations
  • Liaise with the Bar Supervisor to ensure we stock wines that complement your menu
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Extensive culinary qualifications, or relevant experience, or referenced experience from a senior accredited kitchen
  • Experience working in a busy commercial kitchen
  • A passion for food, creativity, and guest satisfaction
  • Strong communication and leadership potential
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
  • The ability to deliver consistently without supervision
