- Assisting with the collection and care of the deceased
- Supporting funeral directors in delivering funeral services
- Handling coffins with dignity and professionalism
- Liaising with families and colleagues to ensure a seamless service
- A professional and compassionate approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and manual handling
- Previous experience in the funeral industry is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided
