The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to consistently deliver high standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and senior management to maintain seamless operations.
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and special events.
- Monitor financial performance, stock control, and compliance.
About You
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, or similar leadership role in a quality hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- A passion for food, drink, and outstanding service.
- Well-organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
