Pay: £160 - £245 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: 08:30 – 16:00

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Mathematics Teacher to join a secondary school located near Seaford, East Sussex. The position is available for an immediate start or from September 2025, and offers a long-term contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities - As a Mathematics Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere where all students can excel
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum to ensure student progress
- Track and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback to aid their development
- Collaborate with the Mathematics department and the wider school community to maintain high teaching standards
The Ideal Candidate - To be considered for this role, you will:
- Hold UK QTS or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Mathematics at Key Stages 3 and 4
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills with high expectations of students
- Be passionate about raising student attainment and helping them develop a love for mathematics
- Be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS check (if not already held)
