Schedule Options (choose one):
Monday - Friday (Early Shift): 6:00am - 2:30pm
Sunday - Thursday (Late Shift): 2:15pm - 10:45pm
(Sunday paid at 17 per hour)Sunday-only shifts: Flexible hours (within reason)
HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Industrial Embroidery Machinist to join our client's embroidery department at their clothes and equipment manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality embroidery work.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor embroidery machines to produce quality embroidery on various textiles.
- Interpret embroidery designs and set up machines accordingly.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Ensure accurate thread colours and design placements according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain an organised and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Seeking individuals with fashion industry experience or a strong interest in starting a career in fashion
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
