HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our client's sewing department at their clothes and equipment manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing a variety of fabric products from samples or drawings
- Working individually or alongside a team depending on the size and complexity of orders.
- Producing great quality, accurate work.
- Proactively raising potential improvements within the business
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an industrial sewer or in a similar sewing role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
