About the Role:
We are working with a leading UK residential developer on nationwide, large-scale cladding projects based in essex, with the option of hybrid working, and we are seeking an Assistant Technical Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career while contributing to high-profile cladding schemes across the UK.

In this hands-on role, you will support the Technical Manager in overseeing project delivery, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and assisting with the coordination of multiple project teams. Your contributions will directly influence the success of nationwide sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the technical management of nationwide remediation projects.
  • Ensure project teams comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and standards across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Assist in implementing best practices and technical solutions across projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a technical or assistant management role within cladding, construction, or environmental projects.
