About the Role:
We are working with a leading UK residential developer on nationwide, large-scale cladding projects based in Essex, with the option of hybrid working, and we are looking for a Technical Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering large-scale, high-profile cladding initiatives across the UK.

As Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards, and providing leadership to project teams. This is a hands-on role where you can directly influence outcomes and drive improvements across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the technical aspects of remediation projects nationwide.
  • Ensure all projects comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, fostering high performance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop and implement best practices and innovative solutions for remediation projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical management role within cladding, construction, or environmental projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cladding techniques and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.
  • Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar).
