My client, a leading house builder, have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team, at their Essex office.
This is a one year fix term contract.
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a professional customer service with their customers to ensure a 5* service. You will be the first point of contact to deal with customer queries in a professional and timely manner, as well as managing the defects systems to ensure issues are correctly recorded and maintained.
They are seeking someone with similar experience working for a house builder.
