My client is looking for an Admin Support team member, working in a vital role in assisting the Collections Team with administrative tasks and written correspondence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve invoices and other documents from the computer databases.
  • Use tracing tools, such as the electoral roll and Companies House, to find and verify contact details.
  • Answer inbound calls and route them to the correct person or department.
  • Process card payments securely over the phone.
  • Administer a shared mailbox by forwarding emails to relevant team members and addressing straightforward queries directly.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role or within a debt recovery environment (desirable but not essential).
