Administrator
Location: Hatfield, (Office Based)
Contract: Temporary to permanent
Hours: Part time i.e. 10am - 2pm but can be flexible and would consider full time hours 9 - 5.30 pm
Salary: 拢28,000 - 拢30,000 will be pro rata

The Company
Our client who specialises in 聽Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to the retail property sector. Is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Project support tea. The project team deliver projects across airports, railway stations, shopping centres, high street and out-of-town locations.
With a growing team they offer a friendly, collaborative and supportive working environment with genuine opportunities for development and progression.

Key Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
路Raising and processing purchase orders
路Requesting, checking and processing contractor quotes
路Issuing weekly cost and financial reports
路Processing contractor financial submissions
路Preparing and issuing payment certificates
路Maintaining and updating cost tracking software
路Managing final accounts trackers and issuing weekly updates
路Updating financial trackers using Excel
路Processing cost variations and checking rates and sums
路Setting up scoping and analysis documentation

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
路Strong Excel skills with day-to-day working experience
路Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
路Strong numerical ability
路Good IT skills and overall computer literacy
路Strong organisation and time management skills
路Previous experience within construction or project environments is desirable but not essential
