SKILLS REQUIRED
路2+ years in an office based customer service role聽
路Excellent communication skills over the phone and email
路Good numeracy skills
路Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge on Excel
路Full UK licence to get to the location
DESIRABLE SKILLS
路Knowledge / experience in the construction industry
路Sales support experience
路Able to read and understand architect drawings and specifications
路Competent with ERP / CRM systems
路Previous project coordination experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
路Provide excellent customer service and manage calls.
路Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve queries.
路Support customers, sales, and team leader daily.
路Scale floor plans, coordinate designs, and recommend products.
路Manage suppliers, chase orders, and check stock availability.
路Handle invoicing, payments, discrepancies, and emails.
