Our client established nearly 40 years ago, works within Facilities Management sector and currently employs over 3000 people nationwide.
This is a newly created role which would suit someone who is passionate about improving the overall customer experience.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this role sits as a back-office function for the sales, retention and customer service teams.
Duties
- Implementing and nurturing a high-performance culture where customer experience is prioritised.
- Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey
- Look at current processes that can be changed to impact growth & efficiency for the business
- Strengthen customer relationships and retention
- Responsible for managing one part time Customer Service Executive
This Ideal Candidate:
- Must be good at analysing data
- Extremely IT literate
- Articulate with excellent communication skills
- Be goal orientated and deliver results
- An excellent team player
- Has experience working in customer focused environments
- Is able to demonstrate previous experience of change management
