Are you a recent Graduate with a passion for education and aspirations for a career in childcare?
Tradewind are currently working with a mainstream Secondary School who are looking to recruit 4x Graduates for the full 2025/26 Academic year. These are full-time, term times roles that run for the full academic year and are expected or end with permanent employment by the school directly. There is also scope for teacher training funded by the school.
As a Graduate, there are a number of roles available to you in our schools - either as a 1-1 SEN support assistant, general learning support assistant or a mix of the two.
You will be given on the job training throughout the year and have the full support of the SLT and Tradewind to ensure you are successful in your role.
No previous experience is required but our schools are looking for Graduates who are approachable, nurturing and patient.
What do we look for in a Graduate Teaching Assistant?

- A degree in a field relating to childcare or the creative arts
- A flexible, can-do attitude
- Willing to go the extra mile to contribute to the progress of the children and school
