We’re looking for a Senior Paraplanner to join a progressive financial planning firm in Hatfield, where collaboration, development, and client care are at the heart of everything they do.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial planning who’s ready to take on a senior role—supporting advisers, producing high-quality reports, and mentoring junior team members in a supportive, hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Conduct comprehensive cashflow modelling.
  • Provide technical research and analysis to support advisers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and industry developments.
  • Mentor and support the growth of a junior paraplanner.
  • Communicate directly with clients where appropriate.
  • Accurately manage client records using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
What We’re Looking For
  • Essential: Previous experience in financial services
  • Strong understanding of tax wrappers, pensions, and investment products.
  • Proficient in Voyant, Salesforce, and Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
