Smart10 Recruitment are looking for a Forklift Driver to join our client based in Bell Bar Hatfield, this role is starting Tuesday 6th May. 

  • Job Title: Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operativee
  • Location: Bell Bar, Hatfield (ideslly someone who drives or happy to ride a bike as no public transport available)
  • Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour 
  • Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 

We are looking for a Forklift Driver to join our Recruitment Agency and work with multiple clients we have, one being in Bell Bar Hatfield helping them with holiday and sickness cover. 

The role will include the below duties - 

  • Operating the FLT Truck
  • Picking and Packing: Ensure products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch, maintaining high standards.
  • Document Preparation: Competently prepare packing documents such as labels, certificates, and compliance paperwork.
  • Receiving and Booking Deliveries: Book in deliveries, check all accompanying paperwork, and input data into our system.
  • Loading and Unloading Deliveries: Safely load and unload deliveries and collections, ensuring all goods are handled carefully.
  • Report and Schedule Assistance: Assist in compiling reports, schedules, and performing line checks as required.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, maintaining a positive work ethic and contributing to a collaborative environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure tasks are completed with high accuracy and attention to detail, meeting quality standards.
  • Safety and Housekeeping: Play an active role in maintaining a safe working environment, including proper housekeeping within both the warehouse and surrounding areas.
  • Covering for Absences: Provide cover during periods of annual leave and sickness as required.
