MOT Tester – Main Dealer

£36,000 – £38,000 + bonus
Full-time | Permanent | Mon–Fri (8am–6pm) + 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am - 4pm

The Role

We’re looking for a qualified MOT Tester to join a prestige main dealer workshop in Hatfield.

Duties

• Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
• Complete vehicle inspections, servicing and minor repairs
• Record all work accurately and update Service/Workshop teams
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication
• Keep training and industry knowledge up to date

Requirements

• Valid DVSA MOT Tester licence
• Previous MOT testing experience (main dealer or independent)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with good communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
