Daytime Healthcare are assisting a leading supported living organisation who are looking for a Housing Administrator to join their team at their head office in Hatfield.

As a Housing Administrator, your role will include ensuring client personal contributions return each week, client records remain current and precise, bills are paid on time, accounts are balanced, and staff training is tracked.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Client & Records Coordination.
  • To collect, maintain, and troubleshoot Client PCs weekly
  • Financial & Bookkeeping Duties
  • General & Office Management Duties
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, reception duties, and visitor greeting
  • Training & Team Support

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Administrative expertise: Proven background in admin or office support—ideally in nonprofit or housing sectors
  • Technical competence: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems
  • Financial acuity: Comfortable with basic bookkeeping, invoice handling, and budget reconciliation.
  • Communication & Organisation: Excellent written and verbal skills, superb multi-tasking, prioritisation, and attention to detail

Desirable Extras:

  • Experience in housing support, client-record management, or CIC operations.

Hours:Part Time: Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 9am to 5pm (21hrs)

Salary is pro rata for Part Time Hours.
