We are seeking a Production Assistant to support our client bespoke jewellery team and play an important role in the smooth running of thier production department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UK’s largest jewellery manufacturer based in Hertfordshire and contribute to creating high-quality, handcrafted pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Head of Bespoke
  • Assist with bespoke client enquiries and quotations
  • Liaise with suppliers to manage orders and timelines
  • Carry out quality control checks on CAD designs and finished products
  • Complete condition reports for clients’ own stones
  • Ensure timely delivery of all orders in production

About You:

  • Fine jewellery experience is essential
  • Knowledge of diamonds and gemstones (preferred but not essential)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
