A respected, RICS-registered Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Old Hatfield.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on high-profile projects for some of the UK's best-known retailers, with a diverse portfolio that guarantees variety and challenge.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly and professional team of 13, working closely with Directors and other surveyors on projects from inception through to completion. Current work includes:
- Large-scale distribution centres
- Fit-out of new retail shells
- Brownfield and conversion projects for builders' merchants
- Multi-site retail rollouts
- Shopping centre and high street retail units
- Schemes in airports and railway stations
This consultancy offers genuine career development, with structured APC support and a proven track record of candidates passing at their first attempt.
The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
- Pre and Post Contract experience
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
