Are you a Sheet Metal Worker looking for a varied role within a well-established Sheet Metal Fabrication company offering flexible working hours and an early finish on Friday to improve your work life balance, premium overtime, and a company bonus to increase earnings?
This well-established sheet metal fabrication company have been providing their service for over 60 years into a variety of industries including Medical, Transport, and Aerospace. They pride themselves in providing its employees with a fantastic work life balance and plenty of opportunity to boost your earnings, which has led to a very low turnover of staff.
In this role, you will work with our sheet metal machinery to cut, form, and assemble components to exact specifications, helping deliver bespoke projects for a wide range of industries. You will be working 35 hours per week with flexible hours to suit your schedule, with premium overtime opportunities are readily available and are paid at 1.33x.

The Role:
- Operate sheet metal machinery including laser cutters, press brakes, and related production equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate components.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Flexitime, 35 hours a week, unlimited overtime paid at 1.33x

- Sheet Metalwork background
- Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Commutable to Hatfield
