- Producing accurate monthly management accounts and analysis
- Reporting on P&L, job costing (labour/materials) and WIP
- Leading month-end close and preparing board packs for review
- Supporting Directors with strategic planning and financial insight
- Playing a key role in due diligence and reporting
- Collaborating with the Finance Administrator to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Financial Controller / Finance Director / Head of Finance / Finance Manager / Management Accountant
- Qualified ( CIMA / ACCA / ACA ) or QBE with relevant experience
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables
- A confident and professional approach and the ability to flex in a fast-moving setting
- A background in construction / engineering / trades would be ideal but not essential
