We are hiring for a Management Accountant to join a successful and growing engineering and manufacturing business based in Havant. This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with operational teams and contributing to strategic decisions.
Main Duties
- Lead month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform costing, pricing, and variance analysis to support commercial decisions
- Provide tender support and contribute to pricing strategy
- Assist with invoice finance reconciliations, purchase ledger, and payroll tasks as needed
Skills and Knowledge
- CIMA or ACCA qualified
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or product-based business
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Confident communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
