Our client, a leading CRO in the agrochemical sector, is seeking a Formulation Scientist to join their expanding team.
The role requires a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry or a similar scientific discipline, along with proven experience in developing and evaluating formulations, ideally within the agrochemical sector.
Candidates should also have experience mentoring and supervising junior staff, and knowledge of GLP regulations would be beneficial.
The position is primarily lab-based, focusing on the design, formulation, and testing of novel agrochemical compounds on a small batch scale.

Our client is a leading CRO in the agrochemical sector and due to the continued expansion of the business, we are seeking a Formulation Scientist to join their team. Primarily lab based, you will work within a friendly team involved in the design, formulation and testing of novel agrochemical compounds. You will work on a broad range of formulation types on a small batch scale as well as scaling up.

Applications are invited from candidates with:

- BSc, MSc or PhD in Chemistry or similar Scientific discipline

- Proven experience developing and evaluating formulations (ideally within agrochemical sector)

- Experience mentoring and supervising junior staff

- Knowledge of GLP regulations would be beneficial

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
