You'll be supporting apprentices as they work towards industry-recognised qualifications, visiting them in the workplace and working remotely between visits.In this Monday to Friday role, you'll work closely with employers and learners to create tailored learning plans, monitor progress, and help shape the skills of tomorrow's engineers.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in an engineering discipline and a passion for helping others succeed.
