Join our dedicated team in a leading firm committed to enhancing local communities through a variety of services including responsive repairs, planned works, and improvements. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to enhance our customer service delivery at our busy resource centre.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Take calls from trade operatives, clients, and residents, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Liaise with operatives and residents regarding booked appointments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the allocation of work to operatives daily, including response work to meet appointment times.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.
  • Update and maintain the database with details of appointments and completed works.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks flexibly and maintain strong administration and word-processing skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, capable of performing well in fast-paced environments.
  • Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service, data entry, and telephone handling for at least 2 years (preferred).
