We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to enhance our customer service delivery at our busy resource centre.
Day-to-day of the role:- Take calls from trade operatives, clients, and residents, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Liaise with operatives and residents regarding booked appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the allocation of work to operatives daily, including response work to meet appointment times.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.
- Update and maintain the database with details of appointments and completed works.
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.
- Proven team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks flexibly and maintain strong administration and word-processing skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, capable of performing well in fast-paced environments.
- Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience in customer service, data entry, and telephone handling for at least 2 years (preferred).
