Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support academic progress and personal development
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, creating a safe and supportive classroom environment
- Work closely with support staff, families and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach
- Implement consistent routines and behaviour strategies that promote self-regulation and respect
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with a genuine interest in SEMH education
- A calm, compassionate and proactive individual with strong behaviour management skills
- Experience in a SEN or alternative provision setting is desirable, though not essential

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
