We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator for our client based in Havant on a permanent, full-time basis!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, forward-thinking business and assist with the logistics of their products. This is a manufacturing business, so they ship large items around the UK and overseas, including to the USA and Europe. As part of this role, you will be dealing with a range of customers, handling various paperwork, and working in a supportive yet fast paced environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Handling inbound calls and emails, responding to queries quickly and professionally.
  • Updating customers on delivery times and notifying them of any delays.
  • Preparing paperwork for international orders, ensuring compliance.
  • Communicating with couriers to arrange pickups and correctly filing all related paperwork.
  • Assisting the Production Manager with printing job packs for the shop floor.

What do we need from you?

  • An outgoing, professional, and most importantly, reliable person.
  • Good computer skills, you'll be using Excel, CRMs, and email.
  • A customer-focused mindset. We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to help our customers and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in logistics, production, or dispatch is an advantage, but if you don’t have it, that’s not a problem, we can teach you everything you need to know.
