Production Line Leader | Location: Havant | Reports to: Production Manager

Are you ready to take the lead on the shop floor? This role puts you at the heart of production, guiding a skilled team to deliver high-quality marine products that meet customer expectations for design, cost, and performance.

As a Front Line Leader, you'll combine hands-on work with leadership responsibilities. You'll spend time machining or assembling products while coaching and supporting your team to achieve production goals. Your focus will be on safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring every process runs smoothly and every product meets the required standards.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and coordinate your team's workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Devote around half your time to hands-on production while monitoring team performance.
  • Track and communicate daily metrics using Tier 1 production boards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lean principles and problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage HR-related issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and support delivery performance.

What we're looking for:
