Are you an experienced SSSTS Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career? J Frost Civils a growing company known for delivering high quality civils and groundworks services are looking for another Supervisor to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to work in partnership with their groundworkers to deliver our onsite works whilst maintaining our commitment to health and safety.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil and groundwork projects
• At least 3 years experience as a supervisor
• Utilities (ideally water) experience
• Knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
• First aid trained
• Relevant certifications or licenses minimum SSSTS & CSCS
• Full UK driving license

Ideal Requirements:

• EUSR
• Machine Operator qualified

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Mentor and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to project activities
• Liaise with project manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 17.00-20.00 per hour (CIS initially)

Expected hours: 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• CSCS (required)
• SSSTS (required)
