The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are looking to grow their commercial team, with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

You will need to live in a commutable distance to officeand will be visiting sites in London and home counties.

Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns.
Prepare and present financial reports
Strong background in facade / external envelope
