Are you an ambitious Recruitment Consultant looking for your next challenge, or curious to start your journey into the world of professional recruitment? This is an exciting opportunity to join Kingdom People Professional Services, part of the Kingdom Group, as we continue our rapid growth towards a £100M turnover. Based in our modern Havant office, you’ll play a key role within our expanding division, working on permanent and/or contract recruitment solutions across professional sectors.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the freedom to build your own customer base, develop a personal brand, and grow meaningful relationships with clients and candidates alike. Day to day, you’ll:

• Develop new business through proactive sales activity, networking and lead generation.

• Manage and grow client relationships across multiple sectors.

• Source, interview and place candidates into permanent / contract roles.

• Write and advertise vacancies to attract top-quality applicants.

• Conduct client visits, interviews and regular follow-up reviews.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and drive team performance.

This is a fast-paced and engaging role where your sales ability, energy, and determination will drive your success.

About You

You’re a confident communicator who thrives in a sales environment and enjoys seeing things through from start to finish. You’ll bring:

• Strong sales acumen with the ability to build professional yet personable relationships

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
