We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a temporary position in Haverford West, starting in July 2025, for approximately 56 weeks.
The role involves overseeing a cladding/facade project on a high-rise tower block and managing daily site operations.
Candidates must have a valid SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification, along with strong organisational and health & safety skills.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in site management.

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a cladding/facade project on a high rise tower block in Haverfordwest.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily site operations
Conducting inductions and toolbox talks
Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
Preparing and managing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

Valid SMSTS
CSCS card
First Aid certification
