We are seeking a Principal Planning Officer to join a dynamic planning team on a part-time basis.
The position is based at County Hall Haverfordwest with remote and hybrid working options available.
The role requires managing a varied caseload of major planning applications and pre-application enquiries for a rate of £30.00 per hour umbrella.
Candidates should have experience in major applications and EIA development, along with strong report writing and caseload management skills.
Flexibility in working hours is essential, with a requirement of 22 hours per week.

Screening and scoping opinions for EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) development
