Just Recruitment is working with a well-regarded business at the forefront of its sector, located in Haverhill, to recruit an Office Administrator to join their established and stable team on a full-time, permanent basis.As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fire safety maintenance services. You will manage the scheduling of engineers, coordinate service calls, and provide administrative support to ensure our clients receive timely and professional service.Key Responsibilities:Plan and assign maintenance and service jobs to engineers, optimizing their schedules for efficiency.Respond to emergency call-outs and coordinate urgent service requests.Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and service requests professionally.Keep clients informed of scheduled visits, changes, and updates, following different client process'sPrepare and distribute job sheets, quotes, and service reports.Manage inventory levels and order necessary parts or equipment for engineersMaintain accurate records of visits, repairs, and client interactions in the **CRM system. Assist with building and maintaining audit foldersLiaise with engineers and management to resolve operational challenges.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in scheduling, administration, or a similar role, in the fire safety, maintenance, or service industry a bonus!Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Monday- Friday 0830-1630 with half hour unpaid lunch (37.5 hours)Currently based in Haverhill moving in June/July to Linton
