Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: £25 Per Hour DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, day shift.
Contract Type: Full time, Temp to Perm
Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team on a full time, temp to perm basis.
As a Production Supervisor your duties will include:
- Supervise and lead a team of production operatives, ensuring the production schedule is met and that all products are manufactured in accordance with strict quality standards.
- Monitor and manage production processes, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet customer demands.
- Ensure the accurate recording of production data, including output, downtime, and quality checks
- Train, mentor, and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
An ideal candidate for the Production Superior will have:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
